About Steelhaus Abu Dhabi
Steelhaus Oil and Gas Fields Equipment Manufacturing L.L.C. is an Abu Dhabi mainland manufacturer of oil and gas field equipment, specialising in the precision CNC machining of downhole completion components. The plant occupies four adjoining units at Metal Park, Al Taweelah, KEZAD — 4,000 m² covered, a 1,280 m² yard and 240 m² of offices.
Steelhaus Abu Dhabi is part of the Steelhaus group, headquartered in Calgary, Canada.
Quality is built into the plant rather than inspected in at the end. Every machine carries a pre-use check before it cuts, every job is released against a written control plan, and the inspection record is assembled as the work happens rather than compiled afterwards. The quality system is being built to API Q1 requirements, with certification in progress.
